General Terms and Conditions for Publishers “Cashdictators” (“Publisher GTC”) Status: 01.01.2025

Cashdictator.com operates and manages a portal on the Internet through which providers of goods
and services can advertise. The parties involved in Cashdictator.com are advertisers and users (publishers).

Advertisers (sponsors) market and advertise their goods and services on Cashdictator.com e.g. through banners,
product data, text links, emails and videos. Users can integrate the advertising material from cashdictator
and sponsors on theier homepage/website operated by them, in an email or in their own network (“advertising space”).
If an end customer clicks on an advertisement and is redirected to the advertiser's website,
for example, and if a transaction is subsequently concluded, the advertisement is successful
and the publisher (user) receives a predetermined commission (of bonus campaign, cash back).

1 Conclusion of contract

1.1 To participate in the cashdictator.com portal, the user (publisher) must register on the cashdictator.com website.
After registration, the user can benefit from the “cashdictator.com world of advantages" by participating in cashback
and bonus campaigns and using the vouchers.
The user can also generate additional income by referring new members to cashdictator.com (by email, via his link).
No Spam is allowed.

1.2 Legal entities or natural persons who have reached the age of eighteen may register.
Each user must also have a bank account or paypal and ewallet to reiceve his commission.
Cashdictator.com reserves the right to check the user's personal details.
Cashdictator registration is non-transferable and always requires our approval in special cases. (heritable)

1.3 By completing the registration form in full and accepting these “User T&Cs”,
the user (Cashdictator member) submits an offer to conclude a contract for participation in the Cashdictator.com world of benefits
with the subject matter of these User T&Cs. Clause

1.4 If Cashdictator accepts the offer, the Publisher will receive a confirmation e-mail.
Cashdictator.com reserves the right to refuse acceptance of the offer without giving reasons;
in this case, the data transmitted with the registration form will be deleted immediately.

1.5 By clicking on the activation link in the confirmation e-mail
and entering the access data, the Cashdictator.com portal can be used in full for the first time.
In the area for registered members (“Cashdictator interface”; this is the user interface),
the user receives an overview of the currently active cashback partner programs of the advertisers
in which he can participate. All personal details and information can be checked and changed in the Cashdictator interface
and participation in the Cashdictator network can be discontinued altogether,
if necessary and you want to cancel it. Our Collobaration for user is free of charge.

2.1 Cashdictator.de operates and manages the Cashback Portal.
Participants in the Cashdictator network are users, advertisers and cash-dictator.com.
Users are natural or legal persons who use the cash-dictator.com service to market goods and services by providing space on their advertising space,
or are themselves operators of a network to which other publishers (“sub-publishers”) are connected.
Advertisers are natural or legal persons who market and advertise their goods and services via Cash-dictator.com within the framework of so-called partner programs with advertising media such as banners, product data, text links, e-mails, videos or within the framework of search engine marketing.

2.2 Users participate in the cashback partner programs and place the advertising material of the Cash-dictator.cpm Portal
(who have entered into a partnership with cash-dictator.com) on their advertising spaces.
If a third party, e.g. an end customer, clicks on an advertisement and subsequently concludes
a business transaction with the advertiser as specified in the partner program,
cash-dictator.com receives a performance-based payment from its cashback partner companies
for providing the advertising space and successfully referring end customers to the advertiser.
This commission is then distributed directly to the users. As a rule, 60% of the revenue goes directly to users and the remaining 40% is paid out to users according to the commission plan (as per the organization chart).

Business transactions in this sense are actions that justify a claim to remuneration. In addition to the purchase of goods or the use of services (“sale”), a transaction can also be a click or view of an advertisement, registration on a website, ordering a newsletter (“lead”), sending an e-mail or similar. Transactions eligible for remuneration are specified in more detail in the individual program descriptions. It is also possible to remunerate combinations of click, view, lead and/or sale.

2.3 Cashdictator.de monitors and logs the business transactions (“tracking”) with its “cashback partner companies”,
provides the user with an overview of these and settles these.
The tracking of cashback partner companies or their network service
providers is solely decisive for the question of whether a business transaction has been brokered
and the resulting calculation of the remuneration. 2.4 Participation in the Cash-dictator.com portal is free of charge for users.
The requirement for receiving the commission is always that users and our customers accept cookies from the Cashdictator portal and from Cashback Partners, so that we are credited for this transaction and users and our customers receive their commissions. It would also make sense for the user to delete the history and all cookies in their browser (preferably using Mozilla or Google Chrome) under settings of browsers before placing an order via the Cashdictator portal. Then go back to our portal with a clean computer and accept all cookies (now your own cookies) from our portal and our partners. This will ensure that Cashdictator Portal receives commissions and can then credit your accounts on the portal!!! Win win situation for you. It is important that you do not block any cookies from us in your browser so that you can receive commissions and our great savings opportunity works well for you.

2.5
With the Cashdictator interface, the user can select his activities (invitation of new users or recommendation of individual cashback partners to his customers, via a personal link, in particular advertising material from Us and integrate it unchanged on your advertising space. The type and scope of the available applications are determined by the design of the Cashdictator interface.
Spam and direct forwarding to Cashdictator via search engines is prohibited, but if you have a homepage and place our banners and links with texts there, we would be pleased to see your activities. Use of the name Cash-dictator bus or Cashdiktator as a search word for search engines is prohibited. Cashdictator is a registered as a word mark, please do not use this name in search engines and your meta tags on your site.
To write as user about Cashdictator and Cashdictator Cashback Partners, please ensure that the data in the applications provided is current, complete and accurate.

2.6
Cashdictator.com is not obliged to check the admissibility or accuracy of the advertising material provided by the advertisers as part of the cashback partner programs. Due to necessary maintenance work and improvements, individual functions may be temporarily unavailable because they are being maintained or improved. Cashdictator.de will rectify faults or failures without delay as soon as possible.


It is forbidden to advertise cashdictator Portal in the context of violence, politics and harassment and sexual assault. Cashdictator is a positive trend name that users can decide ( dictate) for themselves how they can save and earn money with their own cookies on his devices and which reputable companies they want to buy from, that means the user decides (dictate) everything, therefore great Name of your Cashdictator. Politics is almost always about your money and here on cashdictator it's about your money and how you can use (dictate) it effectively to afford more. So you can dictate cash yourself as a Cashdictator and use vouchers cookies and cashback and profit from them!!!

2.7
Cashdictator.com seeks to continuously develop its portal. As part of this further development, individual applications may be improved, expanded or insignificantly changed by cashdictator.com. This includes the partial or complete discontinuation of functionalities or other parts of the service, insofar as this does not lead to a more than insignificant redesign of the services of Cashdictator.com. The right to change services exists in particular if this change is customary in the industry or if there is an obligation to do so due to a change in the legal situation or case law.

Participation in the Cashdictator Cashback program
3.1
In order to participate in the Cashdictator.com portal, the user (publisher) joins via the interface on the Cashdictator portal. The characteristics of the advertising space of user are compared with the requirements of your conditions here. If the advertising space specified during registration does not correspond to the advertising space actually used, cashdictator.com is entitled to block the publisher or user account immediately. The further procedure is governed by section 5.2.
3.2 By registering with cashdictator's program, the user accepts the conditions of participation that are displayed during the application process. These then become part of the terms of the contract with cashdictator.com.
The portal of cashdictator.com is free to admit or reject the user for participation. There is no entitlement to admission, nor can any claims be derived from non-admission.
3.3
The user becomes part of a cashback portal with sub-users assigned to him (members recruited by him at cashdictator.com); by registering, he guarantees to comply with these GTC
3.4
During the term of this contract, the user is not permitted to directly or indirectly conclude contracts with individual users about the contractual services by circumventing cashdictator.de, or to conduct negotiations aimed at this.
4 Services of the user
4.1 During registration
4.1.1
The user guarantees to provide the data requested during registration truthfully and completely. If the data provided during the registration process changes after registration, the data must be changed in the profile in the cashdictator interface.
4.1.2
Users subject to VAT are obliged to provide Cashdictator with their tax number issued by the tax office or the VAT identification number issued by the Federal Tax Office or the relevant foreign authority within the contact information.
4.1.3
The user undertakes to treat the access data selected during registration (e-mail address and password) confidentially, not to disclose them to third parties and to store them in such a way that third parties cannot gain knowledge of them. No third party may be allowed to use the cashdictator interface via these access data. If there is reason to suspect that third parties have knowledge of the access data, cashdictator.com must be informed immediately in writing or by e-mail at webmasterATcashdictator.com.
4.2 When displaying advertising on the advertising space
4.2.1 The user must have the necessary rights to and/or for the marketing of the advertising space.
4.2.2 By applying to the cahdictator.com partner platform and integrating the corresponding advertisements into the advertising space, the user (publisher) guarantees that these and the advertising activities as a whole (a) do not infringe any third-party rights (in particular copyrights, trademark rights, personal rights or comparable rights) and/or (b) do not violate any other statutory provisions (in particular competition law) and are not of a nature that is harmful to the state, racist, glorifies violence, pornographic or harmful to minors or may not be made publicly accessible.
4.2.3 When sending e-mails containing advertising from advertisers, the prohibition on sending unsolicited advertising (“spam”) must be observed. The unsolicited sending of e-mails with advertising content is prohibited. The consent of all recipients must therefore be obtained before e-mails are sent and proof of this must be provided in writing on request from cashdictator.com.
4.3 Technical interventions in the cashdictator.com portal
The user undertakes to refrain from electronic attacks of any kind on the cashdictator.com portal. Electronic attacks include, in particular, attempts to overcome, circumvent or otherwise disable the security mechanisms of the cashdictator.com portal.
The use of computer programs to automatically read data, the use and/or distribution of viruses, worms, Trojans, brute force attacks, spam or the use of other links, programs or procedures that could damage the cashdictator.com portal or individual participants in Cashdictator Portal.

5 Misuse
Any form of misuse, i.e. the achievement of business transactions through unfair methods or inadmissible means that violate applicable law, these GTC, any additional, program-specific conditions of participation and the principle of the Cashdictator portal is prohibited.

5.1 In particular, the Publisher is prohibited from attempting to obtain remuneration by bringing about business transactions himself or through third parties using the advertising material, tracking links and/or other technical aids provided to him within the framework of cashdictator portal by means of one or more of the following practices:
5.1.1 Pretending to conclude business transactions that have not actually taken place, e.g. by providing unauthorized information or false or non-existent data when ordering goods and/or services or registering online;
5. 1.2 Use of forms of advertising that enable tracking, but where the advertising material is not displayed, is not perceptible or is not displayed in the form and/or size specified by the Advertiser; or
5.1.3 Use of terms that are legally protected for the Advertiser or third parties, in particular under trademark law, in search engines, in ad placements or in the advertising of the advertising space without the express prior written consent of the Advertiser.
5.2 Any form of misuse will result in the user account being blocked immediately. An opposition can be submitted in text form within one month of the blocking in order to clarify the facts of the case. However, if the facts of the case cannot be clarified in favor of the user, cashdictator Portal will terminate the account. In the event of termination, the processing of the contract is governed by Section 7 of these User Terms and Conditions. Furthermore, the user shall not be entitled to any remuneration for abusive business transactions.
The user undertakes to pay a contractual penalty, to be determined by cashdictator.de at its reasonable discretion and to be reviewed by a court in the event of a dispute, for each case of culpable infringement of these provisions. The contractual penalty shall amount to a maximum of the credit balance available and confirmed on the user account at the time of blocking.

6 Commission
The user receives a performance-related commission from cahdictator portal.
6.1 How high the commission is in individual cases and for which type of business transactions it is granted depends on the respective cashback partner program. The Cashback Partner may change the conditions of the Cashback Partner Program with effect for the future. The user is not entitled to cashback under certain conditions or against cashdictator.de at all. The conditions of the cashback partner can be called up in the cashdictator interface. In addition to this remuneration, there is no entitlement to reimbursement of expenses and costs etc.
6.2 The entitlement to payment of the performance-related remuneration only arises under the following conditions:
6.2.1 the advertising activity has resulted in a business transaction between an end customer and the Advertiser,
6. 2.2 the business transaction has been logged (“tracked”) by cashdictator.de and its cashback partners,
6.2.3 the business transaction has been approved by the cashback partner and confirmed by cashdictator.de and
6.2.4 there is no abuse within the meaning of Section 5 of these User Terms and Conditions.
6.3 cashdictator Portal sets up a user account through which the payment of the refund is processed.
Billing is carried out using the credit note procedure, i.e. instead of invoicing, cashdictator.de credits the respective reimbursement to the user account. No interest is paid on the balance in the user account. When the minimum payout amount of EUR 25 is reached, a corresponding electronic credit voucher will be issued at the beginning of the following month, the user will be informed by e-mail and the amount will be paid out free of charge to the specified bank account after the credit has been approved. If neither a German bank account nor a bank account with IBAN/BIC is available, payment will only be made free of charge from a credit balance of EUR 100, and below this amount at the Publisher's request against payment of the corresponding bank charges, which will be deducted from the credit balance.

6.4 A payout of a cash balance below the minimum payout amount of EUR 25 or EUR 200 in the case of an account that does not have the IBAN/BIC system is possible against reimbursement of a flat-rate processing fee of EUR 5 or, in the latter case, against the actual bank charges incurred if these are more than EUR 5. The fee will be deducted from the amount to be paid out.

6.5 Cashdictator Portal can only consider credits that have been approved in good time for payout. If the minimum payout amount has not been reached at the end of a month or the credit voucher has not been approved, the credit balance will be carried over to the following month and remain in the user account.

7 Term and termination

7.1 The contract for participation in the cashdictator portal is concluded for an indefinite period. The parties can terminate the contract at any time in text form; the user or publisher can also terminate the contract using the “End membership” function in the Cashdictator interface.

7.2 Business transactions that have been brokered via Users up to the time of termination shall be processed after receipt of the termination in accordance with the provisions of Section 6. Any remaining credit balance will be paid out to the User upon termination of the contract in return for a processing fee of EUR 5. If the credit balance is EUR 5 or less at the time of termination, no payment will be made.

7.3 Upon termination of participation in the cashdictator.de portal, the data record stored with the registration will be completely deleted after expiry of the statutory retention periods.

7.4 If the user or publisher has been terminated due to misuse in accordance with section 5, the contractual penalty in accordance with section 5.2 will be withheld from the credit balance.

8 Termination of participation by cashdictator Portal due to inactivity / limitation period

8.1 If the user registers with cashdictator Portal and does not activate the registration via the activation link, the registration will be automatically deleted after 60 days. A new registration is possible.

8.2 If no refunds or commissions have been credited to the user account for a period of two (2) years after registration, cashdictator.de reserves the right to close the account and delete the registration. A new registration is possible.

8.3 The individual commissions expire within three (3) years, beginning at the end of the year in which they were credited to the account.

9 Data protection

9.1 The protection of personal data is of great importance to cashdictator.de - at the same time, the collection, processing and use of such data is an indispensable prerequisite for the operation of the cashdictator.de portal. Cashdictator.de collects, processes and uses personal data exclusively in compliance with the applicable statutory data protection regulations.

9.2 Cashdictator.de is therefore entitled to collect and use personal data insofar as this is necessary to enable participation in the cashback portal.

9.2.1 Cashdictator.de collects, processes and uses in particular the data collected during registration as well as data collected during participation in the cashback.

9.2.2 Cashdictator Portal also uses the contact data to contact the user by email in connection with participation in the cashback. The receipt of so-called news letters - e-mails with advertising for individual cashback partners - can be deactivated in the Cashdictator interface. However, Cashdictator recommends activating receipt, as important information such as changes to the cashback or expiry of the voucher or bonus promotions are communicated here.
